About Us
We are a growing foundation repair company specializing in foundation crack repair, waterproofing, structural repairs, and basement solutions. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Estimator/Sales Representative who can inspect properties, educate homeowners, and provide accurate estimates that lead to successful sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home inspections of foundation cracks and water intrusion issues.
- Diagnose foundation and structural concerns.
- Prepare detailed estimates and explain repair solutions to homeowners.
- Build trust with customers through honest, professional consultations.
- Close sales and achieve monthly revenue goals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth job handoffs.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction sales, foundation repair, waterproofing, or home improvement sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, entering crawl spaces, and inspecting basements.
- Ability to read measurements and prepare accurate estimates.
