They bid on projects weekly and have done about $50M in revenue this year and have a project pipeline and backlog of $60M for 2024. If you are interested in joining a robust team with a very high employee retention rate please do not hesitate to apply.Job DescriptionThe Construction Estimator will be responsible for:Accurately assessing and estimating the costs associated with Public/Private Construction projectsEnsuring the projects are efficiently planned and executedCollaborate closely with Project Management team and other key stakeholdersAnalyze project requirements, interpret blueprints, and produce comprehensive estimates that align with client expectations and industry standardsAnalyze project specifications and blueprints to determine project requirements and scopeConduct thorough cost analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factorsCollaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and quotesPrepare detailed and accurate estimatesParticipate in pre-bid meetingsThe Successful ApplicantThe Successful Estimator will have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other related field5+ years as Construction Estimator in Public/commercial construction or related projectsStrong proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytic and mathematical skills with attention to detailAbility to interpret construction documents and blueprintsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and subcontractorsStrong organizational skillsWhat's on OfferThe Construction Estimator will receive:Competitive Base Salary up to $135KCompetitive Life, Vision, and DentalProfit sharing paid out on quarterly basis based on personal and company performance100% employer covered Healthcare for employee and familyShort and Long term disabilitySelect employees receive: truck, gas card, cell phone, iPad, or laptop
