Are you an experienced
Estimator / Project Manager with a background in commercial fencing or construction? Protech Staffing is partnering with a leading commercial contractor to find a motivated professional who can accurately estimate project costs while managing projects from award through completion.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates by reviewing project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
- Analyze project requirements and identify cost-effective solutions.
- Manage projects from contract award through completion.
- Coordinate with office staff, field personnel, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and project owners.
- Schedule projects and oversee material procurement.
- Administer contracts and ensure project quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor project progress and prepare monthly progress billing.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain organized and accurate project documentation throughout each phase of construction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Estimator and/or Project Manager in the commercial fencing or construction industry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with estimating and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-office position with regular visits to active construction sites. Some travel may be required for job walks, site inspections, and client meetings.
