Estimator/Project Manager - Mass Earthwork

We’re seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to lead mass grading and earthwork projects from preconstruction through execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and influence on large-scale site development work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for mass earthwork and grading projects

• Manage projects post-award, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost control

• Oversee self-performed earthwork and coordinate field operations

• Collaborate with operations, superintendents, and leadership on project strategy

• Support bid reviews, risk assessment, and project planning

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience estimating and/or managing mass earthwork projects

• Strong background in mass grading, site development, and earthwork

• Experience with HCSS and Agtek preferred (not required)

• Ability to manage projects from estimate through closeout

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
