Estimator/Project Manager Internship

Landwehr Construction, Inc. is seeking qualified individuals for an Estimator/Project Manager Internship opportunity. Our team is excited to meet applicants with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

With locations in St. Cloud, MN, and Sioux Falls, SD, our expansive fleet empowers us to tackle any project, regardless of scale or complexity.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Estimate takeoffs
• Review plans and specifications
• Solicit subcontractors and suppliers for proposals
• Build bid forms and enter information
• Prepare transmittal/submittals and send to owner/engineer/general contractor
• Review invoices for approval and assist PM to get them approved
• Run bids
• Help manage projects
• Build and modify schedules

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in both a team and individual environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
• Must be able to display a professional manner when dealing with staff, customers, and outside agencies at all times
• Effective time management skills
• Must be willing to accept and adapt to change

In compliance with MN Pay Transparency Law, this range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Actual pay may vary, based on experience, education, and other factors.

Pay Range - $21.00 to $24.00/hour
