Estimator / Project Manager - Commercial Concrete

A well-established commercial concrete contractor in the McKinney area is looking for an Estimator / Project Manager who enjoys seeing a job through from the first take-off to the final pour. You'll win the work, then run it.

What You'll Do
• Prepare estimates, quantity take-offs and bids for commercial concrete work, including civil, structural and tilt-wall scopes
• Review plans and specs, and build accurate pricing with clear scopes and qualifications
• Transition awarded jobs into production and manage them through closeout
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout, change orders and billing on your projects
• Keep a good working relationship with general contractors, owners, suppliers and field crews

What You Bring
• Experience estimating and managing commercial concrete projects
• Strong take-off skills and comfort with estimating software
• Working knowledge of tilt-wall, structural and site/civil concrete
• Clear communication and solid organization across several jobs at once
• A degree in construction management or related field is a plus, not a must
