Capitol Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our Construction Services and Maintenance division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to define project scope and deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Experience in estimating and managing service and construction projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; relevant certifications (PMP, AACE) are a plus.
