The Estimator/Project Manager - Federal & Healthcare Projects will: Lead estimates from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission. A successful Estimator/Project Manager - Federal & Healthcare Projects should have: 8-15 years of commercial construction estimating experience.

The Estimator/Project Manager - Federal & Healthcare Projects will:

• Lead estimates from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed cost analyses.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor proposals.
• Develop scopes of work and assist with subcontractor buyout.
• Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support business development and project pursuit efforts.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Work on federal, VA, healthcare, research, institutional, and commercial construction projects valued between $5M-$20M.

A successful Estimator/Project Manager - Federal & Healthcare Projects should have:

• 8-15 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating projects within federal, military, VA, healthcare, research, institutional, or commercial markets.
• Proven experience preparing conceptual and hard-bid estimates.
• Strong knowledge of quantity takeoffs, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors.
• Public sector and federal procurement experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Sage Estimating, Timberline, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Upon offer, the Estimator/Project Manager - Federal & Healthcare Projects will receive:

• Base salary up to $120,000-$130,000.
• Vehicle allowance available as needed.
• 3 weeks PTO.
