They have built a strong reputation for quality, client service, and repeat business, with a steady pipeline of commercial and construction projects throughout the market.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope and requirements. Evaluate bid proposals and vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing. Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation. Work closely with procurement teams to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints. Provide regular updates on project cost forecasts and financial performance.
