Estimator - Mixed Commercial

Job Description
- Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for mixed commercial construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scopes and requirements.
- Analyze project documents, drawings, and specifications to determine costs.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities in the estimating process.
- Maintain an updated database of costs for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare and present proposals to stakeholders and project teams.
- Assist in value engineering exercises to optimize project budgets.
- Track and report project costs to ensure alignment with estimates.
