Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive bids. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines. Evaluate historical data and market trends to improve accuracy and refine future estimates. Possessing strong analytical skills to evaluate project plans, costs, and timelines accurately. Excelling in communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams. Extensive expertise in Job Order Contracting (JOC) estimating, including the development of detailed price proposals using unit price books and ensuring compliance with JOC contract requirements.
