The Estimator is responsible for evaluating project requirements and producing detailed on-time cost estimates for Panelmatic projects. This role requires an understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry standards. The electrical estimator collaborates with Sales, Project Managers, Engineering, and Product Managers to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

Job Duties:
Obtain quotes with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal supply chain to secure favorable pricing
Fill in customer forms and bid sheets as required
Associate degree in engineering or related field preferred
Experience in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and drawings preferred
High school diploma or a GED equivalent required
Two-plus years of experience in Estimating required
Two-plus years of experience in Salesforce/CRM required
Computer skills including MS Office experience with Excel and Access required
Basic understanding of industrial codes, such as, NEC, UL, IBC, etc. required
Communication skills (verbal and written) required
Analytical thinking required
Attention to detail required
Organizational and planning skills required
Customer service centric required
Basic understanding of industrial codes, such as, NEC, UL, IBC, etc. required
Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required
Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 25 lbs or more required
Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk for four plus hours at a time required
