Job Details

Prepare conceptual and detailed budgets for healthcare construction projects across the Orlando submarket
Develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for hospital, medical office, and healthcare facility work
Leverage established relationships and market knowledge with Orlando Health, HCA, AdventHealth, and/or Nemours to inform pricing and scope
Analyze project documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope and cost drivers specific to healthcare construction (AHCA-regulated work, infection control, MEP-intensive builds)
Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and vendor pricing
Track local labor, material, and subcontractor market conditions to keep estimates current
Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and business development teams during pursuit and proposal stages
Present estimates and budget recommendations to internal leadership and client stakeholders
