Our client is a broad commercial General Contractor that is seeking an Estimator to join its growing team. This candidate can be more junior or exprienced - they promote a work culture work growth and learning so would be an excellent fit for any candidate hungy to learn! Experience in healthcare or interiors construction is a huge plus.

Description

• Works with Operations Manager & Engineering to form costs & labor costs on special projects.
• Generates estimates & proposals for selected projects.
• Obtains bidders lists for projects that have been scoped & estimated.
• Actively pursues bid projects with timely follow up & awareness of project status.
• Assists walk-in customers with project & product inquiries.

Profile

• BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in the building/construction/property industry
• Experience with conceptual estimating
• Ground up project knowledge and experience
