Estimator - Geotechnical / Heavy Civil

Location: Louisville, KY

Position Overview

Our client, an established geotechnical and foundation contractor, is looking for a Estimator to join their team in the Louisville, KY area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specs
• Build complete estimates and bid proposals
• Collect and level sub and supplier pricing
• Hand off awarded work to operations

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of estimating experience
• Takeoff and estimating software experience
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines

Compensation

• Base salary: $90,000 - $110,000
• Strong benefits package
