Estimator - Federal Projects - Myrtle BeachThe Estimator - Federal Projects - Myrtle Beach will be responsible for:Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for construction projectsReview drawings, specifications, and bid documents to identify project requirementsSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricingAnalyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontract costsAssist with bid preparation, proposal development, and project presentationsCollaborate with project managers and operations teams during preconstructionMaintain estimating databases and historical cost informationIdentify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutionsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
