Superintendent - Healthcare & Industrial - Greenville
The Superintendent - Healthcare & Industrial - Greenville will be responsible for:
- Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
- Conduct site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed to specification
- Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges and scheduling conflicts
- Oversee inspections, punch list completion, and project turnover activities

The Superintendent - Healthcare & Industrial - Greenville will have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and industry best practices
- Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Stable work history with a track record of successfully delivering projects
