Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Division 10 Estimator to prepare construction estimates and bid proposals for commercial building projects. The role involves reviewing blueprints, estimating labor and material costs, ensuring compliance with building codes, and supporting pre-construction activities. Candidates with estimating experience in Division 10 products, construction specialties, or related commercial construction trades are preferred.
Experience specifically with Division 10 construction specialties
Commercial construction estimating background
Ability to lead or mentor junior estimators
Familiarity with local construction markets and pricing
Comfortable working under deadlines and handling multiple bids simultaneously
5–7 years of construction estimating experience OR 2+ years as an Assistant Estimator
Experience preparing bids and cost estimates
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Knowledge of material, labor, and equipment costs
Understanding of local and state building codes
Experience with Division 10 (Specialties) products or commercial construction specialties
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
