    Estimator – Landscape Design-Build
TriPax Resources partnering with Rine Landscape Group | Columbus, Ohio | Full-Time | Primarily In-Office

We are hiring an experienced Estimator to own estimating for our landscape installation and design-build work. If you know LMN by Granum inside and out, can read plans and run independent takeoffs, and want real ownership of the estimating function at a growing, craftsmanship-driven company, this is your role.

    About our client
Rine Landscape Group is a growing Columbus-area landscape company known for high-end residential design-build and installation work. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship. We care how a project looks, functions, and feels, not just whether it got done. We're investing in the systems behind our work, and this role comes with real ownership of how estimating develops as we grow.

    What You'll Own
Independent quantity takeoffs from plans and specs
Estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors across landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and lighting
Clear, detailed scopes of work and client-ready proposals built in LMN
Catching missing scope, unclear info, and project risk before work is sold
    Production rate and cost-library maintenance
    Change orders and estimate revisions
Complete, production-ready job packets and a clean sales-to-production handoff

    What You Bring
Strong working knowledge of LMN by Granum
Experience building complete estimates from plans and quantity takeoffs
Solid grasp of labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
Comfort working with assemblies, templates, and production rates
Sharp attention to detail and strong plan-reading skills
Clear written communication and solid deadline management
Landscape design-build or construction estimating experience strongly preferred

    How You'll Work
You'll work closely with sales, design, and production, thinking ahead, communicating early, and making sure the field has what it needs before a project starts. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, works independently, welcomes feedback, and helps build better systems as we grow.

Let's talk if this sounds like something you could crush!!!
