Estimator — Win the Work That Builds the Southwest
Lakewood, CO | Full-Time, Exempt | $115,000 – $130,000
The Opportunity
Every project a contractor builds starts with an estimator who won it. Our client — one of the Southwest's largest general contractors, with 50 years in business and projects from fast-track tenant improvements to $100M+ ground-up developments — is hiring an Estimator for their Denver-area office. You'll lead estimates from spec review through bid day, set strategy, build the subcontractor relationships that create coverage, and directly shape which projects the company wins. Full ownership, real strategic impact.
