Estimator - Construction

The company continues to grow its project portfolio and is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support preconstruction and business development efforts. Growth potentialExciting projects A successful Estimator should have: Experience working for a general contractor.

• • Prepare detailed conceptual and hard-bid cost estimates.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications.
  • Review drawings, scopes of work, and contract documents.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals.
  • Develop bid packages and support proposal submissions.
  • Identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and scope gaps.
  • Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and leadership.
  • Assist in budgeting and preconstruction planning activities.
