Their commitment to employee success is unparalleled, and they are looking for a strong Estimator to grow and develop with their resources and expertise.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine project scope and costs. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to gather necessary information. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and other technical documents. Develop and maintain a database of costs for labor, materials, and equipment. Contribute to project planning by identifying potential risks and cost-saving opportunities. Present estimates and proposals to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
