Job Description
Reporting into senior preconstruction leadership, the Estimator will play a key role in securing and delivering successful projects.
- Prepare detailed conceptual, schematic, and hard bid estimates
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate pricing
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
- Collaborate with operations, project management, and field teams during preconstruction
- Manage bid submissions and ensure deadlines are met
- Support client relationship management throughout the estimating process

The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years of estimating experience within commercial construction
- Experience pricing Class A office renovations and tenant improvement projects
- Exposure to high-rise interior build-outs and renovation work
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadline management
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
