Hawkins Construction, a leading Commercial Contracting firm in the Southeast United States, is seeking an Estimator for our office headquarters in Tarpon Springs, FL. Position requires a minimum of 5 yrs commercial estimating experience. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have the ability to solicit/scope subcontractors, put together bids ranging from 1M to 30M, have a full understanding of all CSI divisions, and have the ability to work in a true team environment. Candidate must possess experience with hard bidding, CM budgeting and GMP preparation for retail, powercenters, grocers, medical, offices, multi-family, religious facilities, schools, and institutional work. Candidate must also demonstrate excellent communication skills, time management, organizational techniques, and considerable construction knowledge. Construction degree is preferred.
