Reporting directly to the Vice President of Estimating, the Commercial Construction Estimator will take ownership of estimating operations within the local market and support the company's continued expansion.

• Lead the preparation of detailed conceptual, budgetary, and hard-bid estimates
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate pricing strategies
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions
• Collaborate with operations and business development teams throughout the pursuit process
• Present estimates and recommendations to executive leadership
• Support the development and continuous improvement of estimating processes and best practices

• Proven ability to prepare competitive and accurate project estimates
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, and pricing
• Experience reviewing plans, specifications, subcontractor scopes, and bid packages
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently while helping build and lead a growing estimating function
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to company growth
