• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities in project proposals.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and CSI MasterFormat scopes through Division 33.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing across NC and SC markets.
• Support public and private bids, CMAR, and Design-Build project pursuits.
• Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and leadership teams to develop winning

A successful Estimator should have:

• Proven knowledge of commercial construction processes and cost estimation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.
• 3-5 years of estimating, preconstruction, or related construction experience.
• Background in commercial construction; municipal experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of CSI MasterFormat, bidding processes, and project delivery methods.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software.
• Demonstrated passion for construction, relationship building, and team collaboration.
