Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Millwork Estimator to join our team in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for someone who understands commercial architectural millwork, can read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications, and is comfortable working within an ERP-driven estimating process. What You"ll Do: Review architectural drawings, specifications, addenda, and bid documents. Perform detailed takeoffs for commercial cabinetry, casework, countertops, panels, trim, and custom millwork. Develop accurate material, labor, installation, and subcontractor estimates. Identify scope gaps, exclusions, discrepancies, and potential project risks before bid submission. Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing. Prepare competitive bid proposals and manage multiple bid deadlines. Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure a smooth turnover of awarded projects. Maintain estimates, supporting documentation, and project information within INNERGY ERP.

What We"re Looking For: Commercial architectural millwork, casework, cabinetry, or related construction estimating experience. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications. Experience performing detailed takeoffs and developing labor and material estimates. Experience working within INNERGY ERP is highly preferred. Cabinet Vision experience is strongly preferred. Bluebeam or similar takeoff software experience. Strong Excel and computer skills. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines at the same time.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
