GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established, locally owned Memphis general contractor. The company is adding an Estimator and Project Manager - Commercial Ground-Up and TI to its team in Memphis, TN. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Diverse commercial ground-up and tenant improvement experience on $3M-$15M projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage $3M-$15M ground-up and TI projects
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates
• Solicit and level subcontractor and supplier bids
• Support value engineering and handoff to operations
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting

Requirements

• Diverse commercial ground-up and tenant improvement experience on $3M-$15M projects.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
