• Complete and deliver accurate painting estimates to clients.
  
• Collaborate with production teams on all jobs sold.
  
• Utilize painting software to organize and pass critical job details.
  
• Provide timely and detailed painting proposals to clients.
  
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through the sales process.
  
• Assess project sites to measure surfaces and identify specific job needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within the trades.
  
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  
• Proficiency with tech, including estimation or CRM software.
  
• Valid driver's license to travel to local estimate appointments.
