At Boldt, we build more than complex projects—we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
the most successful projects begin long before the first shovel hits the ground. As an Estimating & Preconstruction Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in securing and shaping complex power generation and pulp & paper projects, influencing strategy, driving client confidence, and creating the foundation for successful project delivery.
In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner with owners, engineers, designers, and project teams to guide projects from early pursuit through design completion. You'll bring expertise to estimating, cost planning, constructability reviews, risk management, and procurement strategies while helping clients make informed decisions that improve project outcomes.
This is an opportunity for an experienced preconstruction professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll lead estimates and proposals, support contract negotiations, facilitate collaborative planning sessions, and leverage Lean principles, open-book contracting, and integrated delivery methods to align stakeholders and build trust from day one.
Beyond the technical work, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a key leader within the organization. While not a direct people-management position, you'll influence teams, drive accountability, and help guide the direction of major projects across their entire lifecycle.
If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
