- Avg pay per 50-min facial: $48-$52 (includes gratuity)
- Advanced services: Up to $66 for 60-70 min treatments
- Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
- W-2 position - We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments
Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience
- Service/ Duration/ Pay (incl. gratuity)
- Signature Facial/ 50 min/ $48-$52
- Advanced Facials & Treatments/ 40-60 min/ - $50-$65
- Ultimate Treatments/ 70 min/ $65-$75
- Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments
- Average specialist gratuity: ~20%
- Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs./week (80% scheduled) earn ~$60K+ annually
- Extra pay from enhancements, waxing and retail sales
Schedule & Benefits

- Weekend/evening availability preferred
- 10-minute turnover between services
- Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute facials

- Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
- Educate on at-home regimens; achieve approachable retail goals.
