Key Responsibilities
- Deliver deliciously smooth full-body and facial waxing services for all genders with expert care
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming treatment room between clients
- Consult clients to assess their needs and provide expert pre- and post-waxing advice
- Promote and sell aftercare products and additional services enthusiastically
- Adhere strictly to sanitation and hygiene protocols per state regulations
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and retention
- Engage in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends
Qualifications
- Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetologist license
- 1+ year of waxing experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with a gentle, professional touch
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
