About the Role:

Busy Bayside Salon and Day Spa with upscale clientele in need of an energized professional esthetician with a minimum of 3 years spa experience and NYS License.



Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, exfoliation, and deep cleansing services
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend retail products to support their skin health
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room in compliance with health and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
• Stay current on the latest esthetics trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Valid New York State Esthetician License required
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or skincare clinic preferred
• Proficiency in facial treatments, chemical peels, and waxing techniques
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and professional skincare products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry
