\nRole Description The Estate & Probate Paralegal is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis Park, MN. This position supports attorneys with estate planning and probate matters, including drafting and organizing legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate filings. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing case files, coordinating with courts and agencies, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records. The paralegal will communicate regularly with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure they understand the process. Additional tasks include legal research, document review, and collaborating with the team to improve procedures and client service.
