Estimated salary for this position is $140,000-$180,000 per yearFalcon Rappaport & Berkman is seeking an Estate Planning Partner/Senior Associate.Falcon Rappaport & Berkman is a growing, full-service law firm with particular concentration in taxation, corporate, real estate, litigation, and all aspects of trusts and estates practice.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Handling all stages of estate planning and trust administrationClient intake and management
Drafting, reviewing and modifying
estate planning documents (including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advanced directives and funding documents)
Advising on various wealth transfer and asset protection strategies for high-net-worth clientsImplementing strategies for reducing estate, income and risk mitigation strategies
Preparing and reviewing technical memoranda for clients involving estate tax issuesCompetently handling complex estate planning matters in consultation with the estate planning team
Researching various client issues, analyzing options and proposing best course of actionReviewing and monitoring work of paralegals and legal assistants. Experience with court appearances a plus
