Associate Attorney with a passion for
estate planning, estate administration, and elder law who is also
entrepreneurial-minded and eager to help expand both our client base and our impact in the community.
What You’ll Do
- Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives)
- Handle probate and trust administration matters from start to finish
- Advise families on Medicaid planning, long-term care, and asset protection strategies
- Build trusted relationships with clients, referral partners, and community organizations
- Take initiative in developing new services, systems, and growth opportunities for the firm
Who You Are
- A licensed attorney in good standing (or pending admission)
- Interested in owning your work and growing into a leadership role
- Comfortable with both legal analysis and client-facing business development
- Organized, proactive, and motivated by results
- Entrepreneurial in mindset: you look for better ways to serve clients and expand the firm
