| Location | St. Pete Beach, FL |
Build an estate planning practice you are proud of. Then go watch the sunset.
Our office sits at 350 Corey Avenue in St. Pete Beach, one block from the Gulf. We are a growing boutique firm with a relaxed beachside culture and an uncompromising standard of service for a discerning client base. We are looking for an estate planning attorney with at least three years of experience who wants genuine ownership of their work, real relationships with their clients, and a life outside the office.
This is not a document mill. Our clients come to us at the moments that matter most, the new baby, the second marriage, the family business, the aging parent, the estate that finally has to be settled. You will be the person who makes those conversations feel manageable, and the person whose drafting holds up when it is needed most.
What You Will Do
• Conduct comprehensive estate planning consultations and translate what a client actually wants into a plan that accomplishes it.
• Draft and execute wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related instruments.
• Advise on estate and gift tax planning, asset protection, and business succession.
• Handle trust administration and uncontested probate from opening through discharge.
• Work alongside financial advisors, CPAs, and wealth managers so the legal plan and the financial plan actually match.
• Own your client relationships, respond promptly, explain clearly, and make people feel taken care of at every step.
The Workshops — and Why They Matter Here
Estate planning is the rare area of law where one hour of plain-English explanation changes what a family does for the next thirty years. We run our own educational seminars throughout Pinellas County, our program, our material, our name on the invitation, and we want an attorney who is genuinely willing to stand up in that room. You will not be a guest speaker on someone else’s agenda. You will be the attorney the audience came to hear.
You do not have to be a polished presenter on day one. You do have to want to do it. We will give you the material, the audience, and the coaching, and if you already enjoy speaking, this is the fastest path here to building your own name, your own referral network, and a practice area you can call yours.
What You Bring
• At least 3 years of dedicated estate planning experience, with real command of probate law, trusts, trust administration, and tax planning.
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar, with a clean disciplinary record.
• Sharp analytical judgment and the kind of attention to detail that catches the problem before the client does.
• Fluency with legal research tools and current estate planning drafting software.
• Warmth and clarity with clients, colleagues, and allied professionals, people should leave your meetings feeling smarter, not smaller.
• The ability to run your own matters independently while still pulling for the team.
• A willingness to present, workshops, seminars, and community education are part of how we serve and how we grow.
Especially Nice to Have
• Prior experience presenting to lay audiences or teaching CLE.
• Existing relationships with financial advisors, CPAs, or wealth managers in the Tampa Bay area.
• Litigation-adjacent exposure to contested probate or trust disputes.

• Compensation of $95,000 – $130,000 commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus opportunities.
