About the Opportunity
The firm is seeking a seasoned attorney who can independently manage sophisticated planning matters while contributing to the continued expansion of the trusts and estates practice. Responsibilities
Advise clients on estate planning, wealth preservation, and succession strategies
Draft and implement wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related planning documents
Counsel high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
Assist with trust administration, probate, and fiduciary matters as needed
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
Maintain and grow an existing client base while contributing to new business development efforts
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive planning solutions
Qualifications
Active Ohio Bar license in good standing (or ability to obtain admission if applicable)
Minimum of 5+ years of estate planning or trusts & estates experience required
Proven ability to independently manage sophisticated planning matters
Portable book of business required
Strong drafting, client counseling, and relationship management skills
