The Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of experience in trust & estates, estate planning, or related practice area in a law firm
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience drafting estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Strong understanding of federal and state tax considerations related to trusts and estates
Experience advising clients on estate planning, trust administration, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
Ability to independently manage matters and client relationships
Emotional intelligence and sensitivity in advising clients on family and wealth management matters
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Licensed to practice law
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
