Program Summary:

Our 18-month sales development program provides participants with a full-time remote field sales role, designed to build strong selling skills and deepen knowledge of Saint-Gobain North America while working within an assigned territory.

The program begins with an immersive Sales Bootcamp experience in Worcester, MA, where participants will relocate for approximately six weeks. Company-provided housing is included during the Bootcamp period. During this experience, participants will engage in intensive sales training, develop business acumen, participate in customer engagement simulations, and network with leaders and peers across Saint-Gobain North America. This foundational experience is designed to accelerate onboarding and prepare participants for success in their field sales roles.

After Bootcamp, participants split their time 80:20 between territory assignment and EOS program activities. Throughout the program, participants will focus primarily on territory-based sales activities, supported by structured development initiatives. To enhance learning and networking, the program includes potential travel events that offer an opportunity to connect with peers and leaders in person. Development activities will include virtual/in-person classroom-based training, interactive e-learning modules, and action-based learning experiences designed to accelerate your growth and prepare you for future success in sales. These trainings and potential travel opportunities are required for program completion, and full participation is expected, except in extenuating circumstances. Program activities begin each year in July and end 18 months later, in December of the following year.

Upon successful completion of the program, EOS Representatives will be considered for a final placement role within their host business. Placement discussions begin approximately halfway through the program to provide ample time for the participant, host business, and Human Resources team to align on long-term career goals. Provided performance expectations are met, participants will receive a designated final placement offer from their host business; however, employees remain free to pursue other opportunities within Saint-Gobain should they choose not to accept that offer.
