JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Purpose: Provides esports arena coverage and supports day-to-day operations

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Staff the front desk during assigned shifts
• Welcome students and visitors
• Help with check-ins, arena procedures, and basic questions
• Monitor arena use and help enforce basic expectations
• Keep the space clean and reset equipment/stations as needed
• Report technical issues, concerns, or supply needs
• Assist with events or general esports operations when needed

Reports To: Program Director, Student Director, Head of Front Desk
