Description

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced ESM Network Management Lead with 7+ years of expertise in network innovation, technical leadership, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in switching & routing, firewalls, cloud technologies, and network security.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Function as Network Innovation / Technical Lead.
  • Lead innovation initiatives, projects, POVs, and POCs in the network domain.
  • Collaborate with the network team to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Create business cases for initiatives, including project plans, cost, and benefits.
  • Provide implementation strategies, migration plans, and technical support for complex projects.
  • Conduct market research on the latest network technologies and tools.
  • Recommend network solutions by creating POVs.
  • Drive innovation within the team and participate in Innovation Council processes.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Managers to align with strategic roadmaps.
  • Identify transformation, process improvement, and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with customers, infrastructure teams, and vendors such as Cisco and Palo Alto.
  • Manage executive and technical-level communications to build credibility and trust.
  • Solve complex network issues using internal and external resources.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in ESM Network Management.
  • Strong expertise in switching & routing technologies (Cisco LAN, WAN, WLAN, Client).
  • Experience in WAN technologies (MPLS, Viptela SDWAN, P2P, VRF, SONET, DWDM, WAN Optimization).
  • Deep knowledge of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VRF, HSRP, PIM, QoS, GRE Tunnel, IPSEC VPNs, SSL, DMVPN).
  • Hands-on experience with LAN switching technologies (ACI, SDA, DNAC, VXLAN, VSS, VPC, VLAN, VTP).
  • Strong understanding of network security (Zscaler, Blue Coat, McAfee Proxy, MFA, IPS, IDS, Pulse Secure).
  • Experience with F5 Load Balancers (GTM & LTM).
  • Expertise in firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet).
  • Hands-on experience with Infoblox for IPAM and DNS.
  • Knowledge of traffic prioritization technologies (QoS, TOS, COS, LLQ, CBWFQ, WFQ, Shaping, Policing, MPLS-VPN QoS).
  • Experience with multi-tenant cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong skills in log & packet analysis (Splunk, Sentinel, Wireshark).
  • Experience with monitoring & alerting tools (Cisco DNAC, Cisco Client, PagerDuty, Data Dog, Thousand Eyes, Nagios, VManage, Netscout, Grafana, Zabbix, Site24x7).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and executing innovation strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Ability to mentor teams, delegate tasks, and drive innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
