Part-Time ESL Instructor – Fall Semester
A CEA-accredited ESL school serving adult international and domestic students is seeking a part-time ESL instructor for the Fall semester. This is an on-site teaching position with approximately 5–10 teaching hours per week, depending on enrollment, qualifications, and availability.
We are looking for an organized, energetic, and culturally sensitive instructor who enjoys working with adult English-language learners and contributing to a collaborative academic environment.
Potential Teaching Schedule
Classes may be available during the following scheduled blocks:
- Daytime: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
- Evening: Monday and Thursday, 4:15 p.m.–9:45 p.m.
Each full teaching day consists of five instructional hours with two 15-minute breaks. Applicants may be considered for daytime classes, evening classes, or a combination based on availability and program needs. The schedule is planned in advance and generally remains consistent throughout the semester.
The position may be renewed for future semesters based on enrollment, performance, and scheduling needs.
The school provides an established curriculum, instructional materials, and assessments, allowing instructors to focus primarily on effective teaching and student engagement rather than developing courses from the beginning.
