The Escrow Support Post-Closing Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Providing operational support for residential escrow transactions following closing, with a primary focus on reviewing, preparing, reconciling, and submitting documents for recording.
  • Reviewing post-closing files, recording packages, deeds, mortgages, riders, affidavits, and related documents for completeness, accuracy, signatures, notarization, vesting, legal descriptions, compliance with established procedures, and other recording requirements.
  • Comparing information across closing documents and systems to identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections, while proactively communicating delays, risks, and processing barriers.
  • Verifying recording fees, page and party counts, and transaction details; documenting shortages, overages, or fee variances.
  • Preparing, scanning, indexing, and uploading recording documents into document repositories and workflow systems to create and submit electronic recording packages.
  • Verifying grantor and grantee information, property data, county indexing fields, recording order, and document images before submission
  • Monitoring work queues, consistently meeting established productivity, quality, and turnaround-time expectations, and maintaining a high level of accuracy while processing repetitive, high-volume work.
  • Researching and resolving rejected, incomplete, or discrepant recording packages, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Maintaining accurate workflow notes and documentation of processing activity and outstanding issues, and demonstrating accountability for assigned work by promptly addressing identified errors.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in title, escrow, mortgage, real estate closing, banking operations, document processing, or a similar production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and follow detailed procedures, workflows, and job aids.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple systems, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Pro.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Experience with residential purchase, builder, or new-construction transactions.
  • Experience with post-closing, recording, or document-review processes.
  • Experience with FAST, TRecS, or title-production systems.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
