Job Description:

Are you an experienced Escrow Officer who thrives on building relationships, managing transactions from contract to close, and delivering an exceptional customer experience? We're seeking a skilled escrow professional to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely real estate closings.

In this role, you'll work directly with buyers, real estate agents, lenders, builders, and other transaction stakeholders to guide files through the closing process while serving as a trusted resource from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for an Escrow Officer who enjoys a customer-facing role and is looking to continue growing their career with an experienced, collaborative team.

This is a fully onsite position (Monday-Friday) based in our Tomball, TX office.

What You'll Do

As an Escrow Officer, you'll be responsible for managing residential real estate transactions from opening through closing, including:

  • Managing escrow files and ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently

  • Reviewing title commitments and assisting in the resolution of title requirements and issues

  • Preparing closing packages, settlement statements, and related transaction documents

  • Coordinating with buyers, lenders, real estate agents, builders, and attorneys throughout the transaction lifecycle

  • Scheduling and conducting closing appointments with customers

  • Delivering a professional and positive closing experience for homebuyers

  • Assisting with funding, receipt of lender funds, and transaction disbursements

  • Reviewing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

  • Maintaining thorough electronic records and file documentation

  • Managing multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting closing deadlines

  • Partnering with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence


Builder-Focused Opportunity

This role primarily supports a high-volume builder account, providing a structured and process-driven environment. You'll work closely with homebuyers throughout the transaction, keeping them informed, answering questions, and guiding them through the closing process. Much of the workflow is standardized, allowing you to focus on customer service, relationship management, and delivering successful closings.

Required Qualifications

  • Escrow Officer experience managing residential purchase transactions

  • Experience conducting closings and working directly with customers

  • Knowledge of escrow processes, closing documents, settlement statements, and industry terminology

  • Strong understanding of the residential closing process

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Notary Commission

  • Knowledge of title insurance policies and endorsements

  • Experience preparing closing packages and coordinating real estate transactions
