Escrow Officer (LPO)

As the Escrow Officer, you will oversee residential transactions, support your team, and serve as a key relationship contact for established clients and referral partners throughout the Seattle metro market.
No book of business is required. The company has a strong client base, a steady pipeline, and a reputation for personalized service. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with greater autonomy, fewer layers, and the flexibility to work in a way that supports both your clients and your team. LPO license if preferred, but not required.
Escrow Officer Responsibilities
- Manage residential resale, refinance, and new construction transactions
- Review contracts, title reports, lender instructions, and closing documents
- Prepare settlement statements and escrow documentation
- Coordinate with clients, brokers, lenders, title, and other parties
- Conduct signings and ensure all closing conditions are satisfied
- Coordinate funding, recording, and disbursement
- Proactively communicate updates and resolve transaction issues
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and organized escrow files
Escrow Officer Qualifications
- 3+ years of Washington escrow experience
- LPO license preferred, but not required
- The company is willing to pay for LPO classes and the licensing exam for the right candidate
- Notary Public or ability to become commissioned
- Strong knowledge of Washington escrow and title procedures
- Excellent communication, organization, and client-service skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple transactions and deadlines

Compensation: $70,000+ base + commission. OTE $100,000 - $120,000
