    What You'll Do:

    • Prepare and circulate requested transaction information to agents.
    • Obtain HOA documents, order payoffs, and review files for missing items such as insurance, inspections, tax certificates, and bills.
    • Collect instructions, amendments, and additional documentation required for closing.
    • Schedule closings with all parties and coordinate mobile notary services as needed.
    • Build and enter settlement statements into RamQuest and secure required approvals.
    • Prepare mail-out or email packages for buyers or sellers and ensure all required documents for disbursement are in place.
    • Balance files, receipt funds, process disbursements, and prepare wire requests after funding approval.
    • Communicate with all transaction parties and collaborate with curative teams to resolve Schedule C issues.
    • Provide final file notes to Escrow Support Services after funding.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 3+ years of administrative experience, Title experience a plus
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent typing skills
    • RamQuest experience a plus
    • Bachelors degree preferred
