What You'll Do
Partner closely with busy Escrow Officers to keep transactions organized and moving forward
Open escrow orders and accurately enter closing information
Prepare escrow documents and closing packages
Assist with funding, disbursement, recording, and post closing follow up
Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other transaction partners
Review and interpret contracts, instructions, and agreements related to escrow closings
Manage multiple files, priorities, and deadlines without losing attention to detail
Coach and mentor newer team members
Use escrow systems and technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What You'll Bring
3+ years of escrow related experience, ideally with some lead or senior assistant work
Experience supporting a busy escrow desk strongly preferred
Strong organization, accuracy, and follow through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A calm, positive, and solutions focused approach
The ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
A genuine desire to help customers, support your team, and develop those around you
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology
High school diploma or equivalent

This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 Hourly
