    Our client is a well-established and growing title and escrow services firm serving Ohio for nearly three decades.     As they continue to grow, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Escrow Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in a stable, team-driven environment where your work directly supports one of life’s biggest milestones, homeownership.

    What You’ll Do
    • Open and manage escrow and title files, ensuring accuracy and compliance from start to finish
    • Prepare settlement statements (CDs, HUD-1), closing packages, and title commitments
    • Coordinate with escrow officers, lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate smooth closings
    • Order and track payoffs, insurance, and surveys;assist in clearing title requirements
    • Maintain organized records, timelines, and communication throughout the transaction process
    • Deliver a high level of customer service while managing multiple files in a fast-paced environment

    What We’re Looking For
    • High school diploma required;Associate’s degree or business-related coursework preferred
    • 1–3 years of experience in escrow, title, mortgage, banking, or real estate administration preferred
      Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office;title/escrow software experience is a plus)
    • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism under pressure
