If you're ready to make a real difference and have a career where your work truly matters, join our non-profit today!DAILY WORK:Our ES Case Management Specialist works in our office from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Mondays, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesdays, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, and 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Thursdays and Fridays.You'll provide attentive, individualized care to people in crisis, helping individuals, families, and couples enhance their well-being and access the support they need. Supporting mobile crisis-paired response initiatives, you'll provide compassionate case management services related to transportation, vocation, referrals, psychosocial education, and community engagement. You'll address each person's unique needs and deliver the highest quality of services possible.
